Our policies
What to expect before you book.
Booking and deposits
Book online for a chair, a pedicure room or the party room, or call us. A deposit holds the party room and groups of four or more, and goes toward your services. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open.
Before your visit
Come with clean, dry nails, or tell us what is on them. If your nails were done elsewhere, book removal first. Bring a picture of any design you want and we will tell you the time it adds.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 24 hours before your time to cancel or move it, and three days before for the party room. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.
If you miss an appointment
A missed appointment holds a chair no one else can use. After one, we ask for a deposit on your next booking, and a call or text puts you back on the book.
Children and companions
Children are welcome in the lounge with an adult beside them. Tell us their ages when you book a party and we will set the seats and the services that suit them. Each pedicure room seats one guest and one companion.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you.
When to ask your doctor first
If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure. If you are unsure about a product, ask us for its ingredient list before your visit.
Redos and refunds
Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you. If your nails were done elsewhere, book removal first, and please do not pull off gel or acrylic yourself.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one for your technician at the front desk or when you book, or share one across the whole group on a single card.
Choose a time
Book a chair, or call and we will find the room that fits.
