How pricing works
The booking page shows the price of each service when you choose it. These are the things that set it.
Nail length and shape, the product you choose, how much art you want, whether we are taking off someone else's work first, and the room you book.
Natural nails or an extension set
Plain polish, gel, dip or acrylic
Art on a few nails or all ten
Removal of work done elsewhere
What the consultation covers
For a custom set or a bridal design, send a reference picture and tell us the length and shape you want. We settle the design and the time before the day, and you see the price when you book.
How levels set the price
Every technician can do the standard menu. Detailed art and sculpted sets are done by the technicians who take them on, and the booking page shows who does which level and how long a design takes.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Add art on a few nails, a chrome finish or a longer foot massage when you book or at the table. We tell you the time and the price before we start, and nothing is added without your yes.
Deposits
A deposit holds the party room and any group of four or more, and goes toward your services on the day. One guest or a pair booking chairs does not need one.
Canceling or running late
Tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a booking, and three days ahead for the party room. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten the service or move you to the next opening.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. They go to the technician who did your nails, and a group can leave one together on a single card.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any amount and any service on the menu. Buy one online or at the front desk; it is not a package, and it can be shared.
